Entrada em Portugal de refugiados da Ucrânia com animais de companhia

A Direção Geral de Alimentação e Veterinária estabeleceu um procedimento, de acordo com o artigo 32.º do Regulamento 576/2013, providenciando a todas as pessoas/refugiados provenientes da Ucrânia que se façam acompanhar pelos seus animais de companhia um contacto direto com os serviços da DGAV, através de um endereço de correio eletrónico específico (acsccdim@dgav.pt), ou através do contacto com Médicos Veterinários Oficiais, pelos endereços eletrónicos tcastro@dgav.pt e pdomingos@dgav.pt.
Todas as fronteiras portuguesas (Postos de Controlo Fronteiriços e Pontos de Entrada de Viajantes) estão informadas do procedimento oficialmente estabelecido e têm instruções específicas para lidar com a situação atual, tais como decidir sobre as medidas aplicáveis quando os viajantes chegam ao nosso país sem qualquer contacto prévio.
Se a sua entrada em Portugal for feita via terrestre e, por isso, não passar por um dos Postos de Controlo Fronteiriços ou Pontos de Entrada de Viajantes, e se não lhe for possível enviar um email para os endereços disponibilizados, deverá entrar em contacto direto com o Médico Veterinário Municipal do local onde irá ficar alojado através dos contactos disponibilizados neste link (contactos), para que este, em coordenação com a DGAV, dê o seguimento adequado ao seu animal de companhia.
De forma a gerir com maior brevidade as diferentes situações, será útil fornecer a informação sobre a identificação individual dos animais em causa, caso exista, e a sua situação relativamente à raiva (vacinação e eventual existência de titulação de anticorpos).
À semelhança dos vários contactos já dirigidos a estes serviços, iremos avaliar e acompanhar cada situação apresentada, caso a caso.
Por sua vez, com a cooperação de outros serviços oficiais, a regularização da situação dos animais de companhia em termos de identificação individual e o enquadramento dos animais em causa nas condições sanitárias legalmente exigidas, é efetuada sem custos adicionais.
Solicita-se aos Médicos Veterinários clínicos que venham a ser diretamente contactados sobre o assunto, que encaminhem para os Serviços Regionais da DGAV (contactos) situações relativas aos animais de companhia de refugiados (por força do conflito na Ucrânia) que lhes sejam apresentados.

Всі португальскі кордони, контрольно-пропускні пункти та пункти в’їзду для біженців, повідомлені про офіційно встановлений порядок і має вирішення поточної ситуаціі, наприклад прийняття про застосування заходів, коли прибувши особи/ біженці прибувають до нашої країни без будь якого попередження .
Якщо ви в’їжаєте в Португалію наземним шляхом, отже, не проходить через один із прикордонних пунктівпропуску, або пункти в’їзду для прибувших пасажирів і якщо ви не можете надіслати електронний лист на вказані адреси за посиланням ( посилання на контакти), щоб за погодженням DGAV надати можливість спостереження за своєю домашньою твариною.

Подібно до різних контактів, які вже звернулися до цих служб, ми будемо оцінювати та відстежувати кожну представлену ситуацію як окремий випадок.
У свою чергу, у співпраці з іншими офіційними службами врегулювання домашніх тварин з точки зору індивідуальної ідентифікації та розміщення цих тварин у передбачених законом, санітарних умовах, здійсьнюється без додаткових витрат.
Велике прохання Медиків ветеринарії, зв’язатися безпосередньо з цим питанням до регіональних служб DGAV ( контакти), що до ситуації тварин/біженців ( через конфлікт в Україні ) які їм представляють .

Entry of Ukraine refugees with pets into Portugal

The Directorate General for Food and Veterinary has established a procedure, in accordance with Article 32 of Regulation 576/2013, providing all persons/refugees from Ukraine who are accompanied by their pets with a direct contact with the DGAV services, through a specific email address (acsccdim@dgav.pt), or through contact with Official Veterinarians, through the email addresses tcastro@dgav.pt and pdomingos@dgav.pt.
All Portuguese borders (Border Control Posts and Travellers’ Points of Entry) are informed of the officially established procedure and have specific instructions to deal with the current situation, such as deciding on the measures applicable when travellers arrive in our country without any prior contact.
If your entry in Portugal is by land and therefore you do not pass through one of the Border Control Posts or Travellers Points of Entry, and if it is not possible for you to send an email to the addresses provided, you should contact directly the Municipal Veterinarian of the place where you will be staying through the contacts provided in this link (contacts), so that he, in coordination with the DGAV, can give the appropriate follow-up to your pet.

In order to manage the different situations as quickly as possible, information about the individual identification of the animals concerned, if any, and their rabies status (vaccination and possible existence of antibody titration) will be useful.

As with the various contacts already made to these services, we will assess and follow up each situation presented on a case-by-case basis.

In turn, with the cooperation of other official services, the regularization of the situation of pets in terms of individual identification and the fitting of the animals in question into the legally required sanitary conditions, is carried out without additional costs.

Clinical Veterinarians who may be directly contacted on this matter, are requested to forward to the Regional Services of the DGAV (contacts) situations regarding refugee pets (due to the conflict in Ukraine) that are presented to them.

Въезд в Португалию беженцев из Украины с домашними животными

Генеральный директорат по продовольствию и ветеринарии установил процедуру, в соответствии со статьей 32 Постановления 576/2013, обеспечивающую всем лицам/беженцам из Украины, которых сопровождают домашние животные, прямой контакт со службами DGAV, через специальный адрес электронной почты (acsccdim@dgav.pt), или через контакт с официальными ветеринарами, через адреса электронной почты tcastro@dgav.pt и pdomingos@dgav.pt.
Все португальские границы (пограничные контрольные пункты и пункты въезда путешественников) проинформированы об официально установленной процедуре и имеют конкретные инструкции по решению текущей ситуации, например, по принятию мер, применяемых в случае, если путешественники прибывают в нашу страну без предварительного контакта.
Если вы въезжаете в Португалию по суше и поэтому не проходите через один из пограничных пунктов контроля или пунктов въезда для путешественников, и если у вас нет возможности отправить письмо по указанным адресам, вам следует связаться непосредственно с муниципальным ветеринаром места вашего пребывания по контактам, указанным в этой ссылке (со ссылкой на контакты), чтобы он, в координации с DGAV, мог обеспечить соответствующее наблюдение за вашим питомцем.
Для того чтобы как можно быстрее справиться с различными ситуациями, будет полезно предоставить информацию об индивидуальной идентификации соответствующих животных, если таковые имеются, и их статусе бешенства (вакцинация и возможное наличие титра антител).
Как и в случае с различными обращениями в эти службы, мы будем оценивать и отслеживать каждую представленную ситуацию в индивидуальном порядке.
В свою очередь, при сотрудничестве с другими официальными службами, упорядочение положения домашних животных в плане индивидуальной идентификации и обрамления соответствующих животных в санитарные условия, требуемые по закону, осуществляется без дополнительных затрат.
Клинических ветеринаров, с которыми можно напрямую связаться по данному вопросу, просят передавать в региональные службы DGAV (контакты) ситуации, связанные с домашними животными-беженцами (в связи с конфликтом в Украине), которые поступают к ним.
